A Global PE Fund Administrator needed a better way to consolidate the various documentation, application links and internal information for its employees to allow them to focus on client deliverables. The firm experienced a rapid growth in personnel, making it more difficult to keep the culture and information exchange of a small company.
The firm engaged Signalbase to implement a SharePoint-based intranet solution to facilitate business related document stores, links to key applications and procedures, and non-business specific interactions such as a birthday directory.
The Signalbase team worked with the client to identify the ideal vision for each component of the intranet site, and then worked to implement the various parts as close to the specification as possible. In some cases, there was not a ready solution to address the client's requirements. Signalbase customized elements on top of SharePoint's native platform to meet the requirements.
